No, I was born and raised in London! However, I’ve always adored New York. I love its look, the noise, the people, the vibe.
Actually, one of my favourite things about New York is the brownstones. They’re incredibly charming.

I want the conversation to be about my writing and my characters. That’s what’s important to me, so I prefer writing under a pen name.

I’m drawn to intense human darkness. Weird minds. Abnormality. Suffering. Chaotic passion.
I like that kind of stuff, and you see the exploration of it in my writing.

I wrote Deliberate Intentions in complete isolation. The sound of breathing was even too distracting, honestly.
My biggest aid was the silence.
I’d also recommend having a hot drink nearby, as continuous sipping of it helped my concentration too.

Unlike Everlyn, I’m very emotionally intense. I feel things deeply, and Everlyn feels things only if she has to pretend to feel them for personal gain.
